Minnas Terms of Service

Using Minnas

You must be able to enter into a contract and have authority to create a Workspace for the business you represent. Keep your sign-in information secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Workspace and customer data

You keep ownership of the information you put in Minnas. You give Minnas permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the notices and permissions required to contact your customers and connect third-party services.

Fair use

Do not use Minnas to break the law, send spam, harm people, interfere with the service, probe other Workspaces, or upload malicious content. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Minnas, or the public.

Plans and payment

Free is $0. Core is $49 per month or $490 per year, and Pro is $99 per month or $990 per year. Human conversations are unlimited on every plan; plan limits apply to operating capacity such as Teammates, Brands, AI actions, automation, and searchable history. Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Prices, taxes, and included capacity are shown before checkout.

You can cancel renewal through the billing service used for your subscription. At the end of a paid period, the Workspace moves to Free instead of being suspended, unless we act under the acceptable-use or safety terms. If a downgrade leaves more active Brands than the new plan allows, we will ask the owner to choose the Brand that remains active. If no choice is made, the primary Brand remains active and the others are paused after a 30-day grace period; their data is retained under the normal retention policy.

Connected services

Shopify, email providers, payment services, and other connections have their own terms and availability. Minnas is not responsible for a connected service, but we will make a reasonable effort to keep our side of a connection reliable and explain service-impacting problems.

Service changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of Minnas. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will make a reasonable effort to give advance notice. We may update these terms and will post the effective date here.

Availability and responsibility

Minnas is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, but we do promise to take reliability and customer data seriously. To the extent allowed by law, Minnas is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid Minnas in the 12 months before the claim.
